Thomas N. Bagamane, President
Mr. Bagamane brings over 20 years of management experience in the areas of consumer product strategic planning, marketing, brand development, manufacturing, retail marketing, sales management, business development and interactive media. Prior to joining Integrated Pet Solutions he served as COO of an innovative niche pet products company. Mr. Bagamane served as Executive Vice President of American Health Sciences, where he was responsible for developing, implementing and positioning both the AHS corporate and product brands, overseeing its manufacturing and R & D and leading the M & A team. Before his tenure at AHS, Mr. Bagamane served as a senior manager of international business development for direct marketing agencies Frederiksen Television and Williams Worldwide Television. He was also Managing Director of Performance Software Systems and Director of Client Services for Britches of Georgetowne. In his career, Mr. Bagamane has initiated and implemented marketing strategy to launch over 15 consumer brands in every major consumer market in the world. Mr. Bagamane holds an undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech and an MBA from George Mason and Oxford Universities.

Jordan Blum, Vice-President
Mr. Blum is responsible for overseeing the company’s daily operations. Prior to Integrated Pet Solutions, Mr. Blum was President of a successful online retailing company. Before his online commerce opportunity, Mr. Blum co-founded GIS Networks, a leading provider of web development, programming, managed hosting, and content delivery solutions to the entertainment industry. GIS Networks’ client base was comprised of some of the world's best-known entertainment companies, such as Twentieth Century Fox Domestic Theatrical, Fox International, Paramount Pictures, Paramount Television, New Regency Films, Miramax Films, Artisan Entertainment, and Dreamworks SKG, making GIS Networks the entertainment industry’s leading provider of web development and digital content distribution services. Mr. Blum earned a B.S. in Corporate Finance from the University of Southern California.

Gary Lau, Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Lau is primarily responsible for the online technology framework the company relies upon. Before joining Integrated Pet Solutions, Mr. Lau served as CTO of small online retail company. Prior to that, Mr. Lau served as Director/Lead Software Developer for Safety Scientific, Inc., a deliverer of dynamic content for high volume e-commerce websites in Vancouver, British Columbia. While at Safety Scientific, Mr. Lau developed and implemented solutions and project plans for the company’s website development clientele. Prior to Safety Scientific, Mr. Lau was a Software Developer for the School of Engineering Science, where he created matriculation software applications. He also previously worked for E-Comm of Southwestern British Columbia as an Intranet Developer Specialist. Mr. Lau has a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science and Computer Engineering from Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, British Columbia.

Michael Grant, P.A – Science Director
Mr. Grant is the company's medical information source for all issues that concern the application and implementation of Integrated Pet Solutions programs and products. He manages our veterinary resources, bio scientists, pet nutritionist and fellow product developers in the pet space to lead Integrated Pets Solutions R & D efforts in nutrition. He consults for our vets and consumers on all Integrated Pet Solutions products regarding their efficacy and relevance. He is constantly being called upon by our sales and marketing teams to assist in instructing and educating providers and consumers on the features and benefits of Integrated Pet Solutions products. Mike is also a key member of our product development team. Mr. Grant uses his vast experience in human nutritional science along with his love for his pets to help build the most discerning and efficacious products in the pet industry.

Mr. Grant spent a majority of his early career with the United States Navy, beginning as a Corpsman serving in Vietnam. He then became a submariner, serving as Senior Medical Officer on two of the country's large ballistic missile submarines, the USS Ben Franklin and the USS George Washington Carver. In 1988, he became the first Naval Physician's Assistant to be appointed to the White House Medical Unit. His responsibility directly involved maintaining the health and welfare of President George Bush and Vice President Dan Quayle and their families. He graduated with two Bachelor of Sciences degrees, in Allied Health Sciences and Physician Assistant, both from The George Washington University, Washington, DC.
